Aloo Chaat At Home!

           AT HOME ALOO CHAAT RECIPE          

 
Ingredients:
Potatoes
1 tbsp Green chutney
1 tbsp Tamarind chutney
1/3rd tsp chilli powder
1/3rd tsp black salt
1/3rd tsp jeera powder
1/4th tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

Method:

Wash and boil the potatoes. Once done let them cool. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller cubes.



Oil a baking tray and place the chopped potatoes on it. Cook at 190 degrees in an oven or OTG for about an hour, or until the pieces become a nice golden brown color.




Once cooked move to a bowl. Add Green chutney and tamarind chutney. Add the seasoning and Mix well and garnish with freshly chopped coriander.




Serve with a side of green chilies and lime wedges. Enjoy!
