Bombay Sandwich Recipe

           BOMBAY SANDWICH RECIPE           Ingredients: 3 slices bread (white or brown) butter green chutney 1 potato (boiled & sliced) 1 tomato (sliced) 1 cucumber (sliced) 1 beetroot (boiled & sliced) onion (chopped) tomato sauce (for garnishing) Method: Take 3 slice bread, and trim the sides Spread butter on 2 bread slice and green chutney on another. On the green chutney slice, place boiled potato slices and sprinkle sandwich masala  also, place tomato and cucumber slices.  further, sprinkle a generous amount of sandwich masala Cover with buttered bread slice and spread green chutney on top. Top this with beetroot slice and chopped onion. also, sprinkle a generous amount of sandwich masala. One option is to insert 4 toothpicks leaving equal spaces and cut into pieces. Aloo Chaat At Home!

           AT HOME ALOO CHAAT RECIPE             Ingredients: Potatoes 1 tbsp Green chutney 1 tbsp Tamarind chutney 1/3rd tsp chilli powder 1/3rd tsp black salt 1/3rd tsp jeera powder 1/4th tsp garam masala Salt to taste Method: Wash and boil the potatoes. Once done let them cool. Peel the potatoes and cut them into smaller cubes. Oil a baking tray and place the chopped potatoes on it. Cook at 190 degrees in an oven or OTG for about an hour, or until the pieces become a nice golden brown color. Once cooked move to a bowl. Add Green chutney and tamarind chutney. Add the seasoning and Mix well and garnish with freshly chopped coriander. Serve with a side of green chilies and lime wedges. Enjoy!
